The main building locates in the middle of the cape, about 24 meters above the surface of the Lake Saimaa.
Basic bodywork originates from the year 1860 but nowadays looks the building
has got after renovations.
The most ample renovation at the years 1998-1999 expanded the house 12 meters.
At that time also the basement floor with its meeting room and saunas was built.
The summer café and the dining hall are located on the second floor of the building.
On the top floor there are the residence area and a separate one guest bedroom.
